With over 30 years of professional experience as a senior corporate executive, legal advisor, and board member, he has extensive knowledge of investment, capital markets, and strategic management in Sub-Saharan Africa. In addition to his successful career, he is an entrepreneur with businesses in leadership development, personal coaching, real estate, and transportation.
Samuel is a sought-after motivational speaker who has taught and spoken on leadership and life issues to a diverse audience, including professionals, senior executives, church leaders, women, and youth groups.
He has served as the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of the Ecobank Group and as a legal advisor and company secretary of the Ghana Stock Exchange. He has also served on the board of several companies and institutions.

Samuel holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Comparative Commercial Arbitration Law at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies of Queen Mary University of London, UK (2018); an MBA in International Financial Management from Exeter University, UK (1995); an LLB Degree from the University of Ghana (1989); a Barrister-at-Law (BL), Professional Law Certificate, from the Ghana Law School (1991); He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
