My name is Senyo M. Adjabeng, a Labour Consultant, and mediator/arbitrator listed with the national labour commission. I am a trained non-executive director and member of the Institute of Directors, Ghana.

I have a total of 20 yrs work experience, 3 yrs in disputes resolution (Judicial Service – Deputy Director of Projects: National ADR Coordinator), 17 years direct HRM experience 9 of which was in consulting and 8 of which is in executive HRM (hr director) positions in banking and construction sectors.

I studied minerals processing and metallurgical engineering from KNUST. I also read Conflict, Peace and Security Studies at the masters level. I hold Post graduate qualifications also in Business Admin and International Relations and Diplomacy.

I am also an author of 2 book ‘Career Toolkit for successful job hunting’ and “51 Rules for the Perfect Gentleman”

At the moment, I am the Country Director, WBHO Ghana – a multinational civil and mining construction firm. I am a certified senior professional in Human Resources (SPHR – USA.)
