Patrick Sassou Abah-Dakou is an international coach and bilingual training facilitator and consultant who is very passionate about human capital development.
He has been strongly engaged in the training of many middle managers and senior
corporate executives (C-suite) in English and French-speaking countries in over 17 countries across Africa in recent years. His focus areas as a trainer are High-Performance Leadership, Team Engagement, Emotional Intelligence, Mentoring,
Counseling and Coaching. As a professional international coach, helping his clients realise their full potential through the engagement from his coaching style gives him delight. This has won him many clients mainly in Africa and Europe.
After nearly 13 years in the banking sector in Ghana and Togo, Patrick was excelling in the fields of
Operations, International Trade and Finance and Customer Service Excellence. He, however, was not fully
fulfilled until he resigned to follow his passion – the development of human resource. He is motivated to
see employees and businesses reach their greatest potential and achieve their priorities. He also loves to
bring the best out of people through coaching. Patrick believes that failure is not the end of life but rather a
road, which leads to success.
Patrick holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) in Entrepreneurship and
Sustainable Impact from the University of Milan, Italy and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
in Finance from Central University, Ghana.
Patrick is the Founder and CEO of P&F Coaching International, an International training and coaching
company based in Ghana. He is also a Certified Genos Emotional Intelligence Coach and organizes
Emotional Intelligence Training sessions and Conference, accompanied by coaching for corporate
executives.
Apart from managing his company, Patrick is a consultant and the director in charge of Ghana and Togo
with MCA Training International (a South African based company). He is also the lead French trainer and
business development manager for MCA in French-speaking.
He is a visiting-consultant and facilitates emotional intelligence and emotional healing trainings for the
Entrepreneurs of the School of Entrepreneurship of ICCC (International Christian Chamber of Commerce)
of Paris and Lyon (France).
Patrick has trained over 900 Middle and Top Executives of 19 companies in more than 17 countries in
Africa and in Europe.
Patrick is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from Erickson Coaching International, a Certified Trainer,
Leadership and Executive Coach from MCA Training International. He is an accredited trainer for Standard
Bank Group. He is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from ICF (International Coaching Federation).
He writes and publishes articles on leadership and change in attitudes.
Patrick is married to Freda, and they are blessed with a beautiful daughter
