Catherine is the Head of Sirdar Ghana Limited, Africa’s leading educator, appointer and guide of high performance boards for privately held and family owned businesses. She is also undertaking a fixed term contract with the International Finance Corporation as the local governance coordinator for Ghana.
Prior to joining Sirdar Ghana Limited, Catherine was the Managing Director (and founder) of Platinum Corporate Solutions, an organization that focuses on supporting entities with the
implementation of best practice corporate governance frameworks, cultural transformation, leadership development, organizational development and personal growth.
She has two decades of experience in the area of corporate governance and company secretarial practice, half of which was obtained working in FTSE listed Companies in the UK.
Catherine has a degree in Biotechnology, is a graduate of the ICSA (UK) and has several certifications in the human potential arena, including cultural transformational tools, leadership development, coaching and self-esteem. She is also a certified John Maxwell Coach, an Executive Director of the John Maxwell Team a certified Jack Canfield Success Trainer. She provides advisory services to many Boards in the area of corporate governance, leadership
development and board evaluations.
